1 Introduction

Welcome to Brio4D. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and Brio4D ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://brio4d.lat, including all related services, tools, features, content, and promotional offers made available by Brio4D.

Brio4D operates an online gaming and sports betting platform directed at adult users. The Platform offers casino games, live dealer tables, sports wagering, and related entertainment services. To register and maintain an Account with Brio4D, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is not prohibited by applicable law or regulation.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the Platform or had an Account closed by Brio4D for breach of these Terms.
• You are not employed by Brio4D or any affiliate, subsidiary, or partner of Brio4D in a capacity that would give rise to a conflict of interest.
• You are not acting on behalf of any organised crime group, syndicate, or entity involved in money laundering or fraud.

By completing registration, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

4 Account Registration & Security

Each User is permitted to hold one single Account only. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, household, IP address, device, or financial instrument — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances without notice.

Upon registration, you must provide a valid email address and a unique, secure password. You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password.
• All activity conducted through your Account, whether or not you authorised such activity.
• Notifying Brio4D immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account by contacting our support team at [email protected].

Brio4D will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Do not share your credentials with any third party, including individuals offering to manage your account or place bets on your behalf.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

Brio4D accepts deposits denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) through a range of local payment methods, including but not limited to: DuitNow QR, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and selected cryptocurrency channels (BTC, USDT). The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time.

• Minimum deposit: RM 20 (subject to change; check the deposit page for the current figure).
• Deposits must be made from payment instruments registered in the User's own name.
• Brio4D does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your bank or payment provider may apply its own charges.
• Deposits are credited to your Account balance upon confirmation from the payment processor. Processing times vary by method.

5.2 Withdrawals

Brio4D aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly. Withdrawal of real-money funds is subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment instrument registered in the same name as the Brio4D account.
• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed. Brio4D reserves the right to request updated identity documents at any time.
• Where Bonus Funds are active, the applicable wagering requirement must be met before real-money funds attributable to bonus activity can be withdrawn.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing timelines are displayed on the withdrawal page within your account dashboard.
• Brio4D reserves the right to conduct additional fraud and security checks before releasing any withdrawal, which may cause delays beyond the standard processing window.

6 Bonus & Promotions

Brio4D may offer welcome bonuses, reload promotions, cashback offers, loyalty rewards, and other incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms attached to each offer, in addition to the general provisions set out below.

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds must be wagered the number of times stated in the relevant promotion before withdrawal of any associated winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements typically range from 5x to 35x depending on the offer.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: While Bonus Funds are active in your account, the maximum permitted bet per round or per transaction is RM 250, unless a lower limit is specified in the offer terms. Bets exceeding this cap may result in bonus cancellation.
• Game Contribution: Slot games generally contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Table games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack) typically contribute 10–20%. The precise contribution rates for each game category are available in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Uncompleted wagering requirements will cause the associated Bonus Funds and any resulting winnings to be forfeited upon expiry. Standard expiry windows are 7, 14, or 30 calendar days from the date the bonus is credited.
• Sticky Bonuses: Where a promotion is designated as "sticky", the bonus principal cannot be withdrawn; only winnings generated from it are eligible for cashout once wagering requirements are met.
• Maximum Cash-Out from Bonus: Winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be subject to a maximum cash-out limit as specified in the individual promotion. Where a maximum applies, any winnings exceeding that limit will be forfeited upon withdrawal.
• One Bonus Per Household: Welcome bonuses are available once per household, IP address, and device. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus multiple times through different accounts constitute a breach of these Terms.

6.2 Brio4D Loyalty Programme

Registered Users earn loyalty points through qualifying wagers on eligible games and sporting events. Points accumulate toward tier advancement — Bronze, Silver, and Gold VIP — each carrying escalating benefits including enhanced reload bonuses, accelerated withdrawal processing, and dedicated account management for Gold VIP members. Loyalty point rates, tier thresholds, and benefit structures are subject to change. Current rates are displayed within the account loyalty dashboard.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on Brio4D — including sports markets covering the English Premier League (EPL), Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other sporting events, as well as casino games and live dealer tables — are subject to the following general rules:

• A bet is binding and irrevocable once confirmed by the Platform. Users are responsible for verifying all bet details before confirmation.
• Brio4D reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event the outcome of which was known at the time of placement, or where the odds were published in error.
• In the event of a technical failure, system error, or disconnection during a game round, Brio4D will endeavour to resolve the round using available server-side data. Brio4D's decision in such matters is final.
• Sports odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds that apply, unless Brio4D has notified the User of a clear pricing error.
• Brio4D does not guarantee the availability of any specific game, market, odds, or live event, and may remove or suspend content at any time without prior notice.
• Live in-play betting markets are subject to trading decisions, which may result in market suspension during key match events. Brio4D accepts no liability for missed betting opportunities arising from such suspensions.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Brio4D platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one Account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or pricing glitches to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting with other users to manipulate outcomes or exploit bonus terms.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the Platform without Brio4D's prior written consent.
• Using the Platform to facilitate or conceal money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Transferring Account balances, bonuses, or winnings to another user or third party.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting in a manner that constitutes abuse of promotional offers.
• Accessing the Platform via VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology with the intent to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the Brio4D platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, software, game content, odds data, promotional materials, and the Brio4D brand mark — is the exclusive property of Brio4D or its content licensors, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, transmit, distribute, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written authorisation from Brio4D.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Brio4D, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary losses or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, gambling losses, or damage to reputation.

Brio4D makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for purpose of the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect service availability.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

Brio4D reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where:

• A User is found to have breached any provision of these Terms.
• Brio4D has reason to suspect fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity.
• A User is identified as being under the age of 21.
• KYC documentation submitted is found to be forged, altered, or otherwise unsatisfactory.
• A chargebacks or payment reversal has been initiated without legitimate cause.
• A User has self-excluded from the Platform or all gambling services.

Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of Bonus Funds and any disputed amounts) will be returned to the User via the original deposit method following the completion of any outstanding investigations or KYC checks. Bonus Funds and winnings directly attributable to bonus activity are not refundable upon Account closure due to breach of Terms.

Users wishing to voluntarily close their account for responsible gambling purposes should contact Brio4D support. Voluntary closures may be processed as self-exclusion where appropriate.

12 Responsible Gambling

Brio4D is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform is designed for adult entertainment only and is not intended as a source of income or a solution to financial difficulty. Gambling should remain an enjoyable and controlled leisure activity.

Your continued use of the Platform following publication of any amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the changes, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account.

The current version of the Terms is always accessible from the footer navigation of the Brio4D website. The effective date of the most recent revision is stated at the top of this document.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which Brio4D operates. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, Brio4D will endeavour to resolve the matter through internal dispute resolution procedures before any formal escalation.

For Users accessing the Platform from Malaysia, any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia, without prejudice to Brio4D's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any appropriate jurisdiction.

Brio4D's decision on all operational, promotional, and account-related matters is final and binding, subject only to the dispute resolution procedure described above.
